NO ACCESS TO PREMIUM EFFECTS AFTER PURCHASE

Hello,

I have just purchased the PREMIUM VERSION of Flash Eff.
After the payment, I could nicely download the Premium version.

Next I first removed the free version using the Flash Extention Manager
and installed the downloaded Premium version

So far so good.

I can see all the available effects in the Flash Eff panel.

However, the moment I select a Premium effect,
I am getting a message:

'You don't have access to the pattern'

Well, I did pay $280.....

I tried to sign out and sign in several times including
restarting Flash CS3. And of course using the same
account login as where I can login on [www.jumpeyecomponents.com]
and can see the puchase in my account page.

Anyone any sugestions (of course I am also waiting on a reply
from the e-mail helpdesk of jumpeyecomponents...)?

We tested FlashEff with your account and it seemed to be working just fine. Please make sure that FlashEff was installed correctly and that there are no files missing. Also, it could be a problem if you have Adobe Flash CS3 with a different language version than English. Thank for your reply. Probem is now SOLVED.

After the puchase, I immediately downloaded the FlashEff Component, removed the free component, restarted Flash CS3 and installed the downloaded PREMIUM component. However, after doing so I could not use the Premium effect.

Today, I followed your instruction to re-install and did EXACTLY the same as before. And now it WORKS. I have access to the PREMIUM effect.

So perhaps there is some delay on your side in fully activating the account?

negush - could you please check my account access?

I work on a pc at work and a mac at home (sometime both simultaneously). Everything works on the mac fine but just recently when I tried signing on and working on the file on pc it tells me that I don't have access to some of the premium patterns.

I've been sure to log out of my account on both machines - has this happened to anyone else before?

FIXED: Yeah nevermind, I reinstalled the component on the pc machine and now everything is working fine.
