SOOO FRUSTRATED!!!!

Ok i just recently downloaded and installed "flash-eff" evrytime i go to the flash-eff panel it just says "choose a flasheff component please" and nothing'els...ive uninstalled and reinstalled it 2wice...am i doing something wrong?

You must select a FlashEff instance from the Stage. Just place a FlashEff component on a movie clip or text, select that FlashEff instance and bring up the FlashEff panel.

you can only see it, if you use a actionscript 3.0 file. so the templates under flash cs3 do not work. new file - flash as 3.0 and it should work.

Yeap. It's a AS3 component so it will only work in AS3 files (Flash Player 9), NOT AS2 or AS1 (Flash Player 8 or previous).
