Flash Eff watermerk in IE 7

I'm using the free download of Flash Eff. On FF browsers the swf displays fine, but in IE 7 I get a blinking FlashEff watermark on the upper left of my images and text images won't render. Any thoughts?

Update The flash Player for your IE. You will need version 9 or higher.
