MCs out of set position & Fullscreen Option

Does FlashEff lock the position of a target movie clip relative to the stage size set in the properties panel?
I got a movieclip placed on stage but I've set the x and y dynamically to stageWidth and stageHeight / 2; so i have it in the center no matter the stage size. When applying the FlashEff to this movieclip it's not in the center anymore.

Does FlashEff respect the placement of a MC if given dynamically through actionscrip? I just want my MCs to stay in the same place when I resize the stage to fullscreen and perform the animation.

Yes flasheff locks target objects (movieClip or textfield) because flasheff places target object in to a container .
