Max number of instances

Hi there,

Is there a maximum number of instances of FlashEff that I can add in to a single animation? I have had no troubles up to and including 20 instances, then when I add the 21st one I keep getting error messages saying:

ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FlashEff is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FEBBorderGlow is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FEBGlow is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FECNavigateToURL is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FEFGlow is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FEFReflection is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FESBlur is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FET3DCamFocus is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FET3DCamXYZ is not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable FETGlow is not defined.

Basically, it can't find any of the components that I have added. If I remove one instance, everything works fine again.

Am I doing something wrong, or can someone tell me how I can add more than 20 effects in to a file.

[update] - ok, so it seems like I am hitting the optimiser error reported in several other places. I have seen posts for disabling this or increasing the JVM memory size in CS3, but how can I do this is CS4?

Thanks,
Simon

Unfortunately I didn't find such a setting in Flash CS4. This is quite a problem. Maybe it would help if you would place each individual FlashEff - target object into its own movie clip, so the movie clips would act as containers for each FlashEff animation. Please let us know if this helps.
