Re: Looping/stopping with only 1 frame - 15 years ago
I actually didn't code anything; I put all the elements in one frame on the timeline and used the delay in eff to set the sequence.by brettestewart - FlashEff 1 (Discontinued version)

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I'm still new enough to AS3 to not really understand what to do... If you could provide a little bit of a more in-depth example that'd be awesome. Thanks!by brettestewart - FlashEff 1 (Discontinued version)
Looping/stopping with only 1 frame - 15 years ago
Howdy admins; great product and you've already been very helpful. I have a 1-frame animation using the powerful timing features of FLASHeff, and everything is great... but how do I loop and/or play/stop/restart? Here's my example: and I had to refresh the page. Any good work-arounds? THanks!by brettestewart - FlashEff 1 (Discontinued version)
Re: Flasheff and pre-loaders - 15 years ago
Thank you negush, your example was spot-on perfect... and I actually "learned" what's going on to the point that I can troubleshoot much better. Thank you again, you made a customer forever. :)by brettestewart - FlashEff 1 (Discontinued version)
Re: how can I make sure that my swf plays only when fully loaded? - 15 years ago
Please! I need to have a definitive Flasheff version of a loader; I don't have time to troubleshoot other preloaders online. I purchased Flasheff to have a comprehensive solution, and the preloader should be a component in that solution.by brettestewart - FlashEff 1 (Discontinued version)
Re: Flasheff and pre-loaders - 15 years ago
I'm an AS3 newbie; I come from the world of Director and dabbled in AS2. My experience in creating a "preloader" or using tricks to preload elements is way out of date and I need some help doing it right. I've read and tried a half dozen methods of building a preloader on AS3, with poor results and I'd really appreciate some help from the Jumpeye team. I see the code in the post above;by brettestewart - FlashEff 1 (Discontinued version)
