text field effects are not centered

I submitted a tkt for this problem and never received any reply so I will post this here as I need to get this corrected. When I use most text effects in Flash Eff I embed the text, add the effect following all instructions. Why when I publish the swf the text field with the effect applied shifts to a different position then where it is in the fla? This happens 75% of the time I use most text effects, I've tried placing the dynamic fields in movieclips, changing the size of the fields to compensate and still have the same problem. Can someone please provide some info on this as I have a full license and will be upgrading to Premium but need to get this resolved.

Please make sure that when you are creating the textfield you are setting it as a dynamic textfild from the beginning. Creating the textfield as static textfield then convert it into dynamic textfield could generate the problem you are encountering there.
