CDN and FlashEFF issue

I'm running into an issue with FlashEFF and hosting files on a CDN. There are no issues when I host everything on one server, but on a CDN I get security errors and my text effects don't show up. My set up is a CMS on Server A, which has an iFrame pointed at an HTML file on Server B. That HTML file on Server B then loads in a SWF from the CDN, which then loads the rest of the SWFs I need for the app from the cloud (though not necessarily from the same IP). Is there a workaround or a way to make all of the cloud servers "trusted"?
