FlashEFF to keyframes?

I have a movie published for Flash 9/AS3, but our client can only use Flash 8/AS2. Now, I understand FlashEff can only work using AS3, but is there any way to "expand" the FlashEFF animations to keyframes and export THAT as a dumbed-down Flash 8 file?

There is no way to run FlashEff2 animations on Flash 8. The FlashEFf animation only runs on Flash Player 9.0.45 or greater versions.
