FlashEff Component - Separate Layer?

Hi,

I'm new to FlashEff. I'm confused by discrepancies in examples I am seeing in the Tutorials, namely the Banner tutorial with 3 Flowers and text.

On the Flower Banner tutorial, the FlashEff component is placed on the same layer/movie clip.

On other tutorials, I see that FlashEff component is on its own layer just above its movie clip.

Why the difference? Can someone explain this?

It's just a matter of how you arrange your stuff on timeline according to what you want to obtain.
