When you import an effect using its id from the gallery, the import dialog box lets you select which parts of the effect you want to import. The effect you mentioned (FE1315), has both show and hide effects and a filter effect. If you uncheck the hide effect it will not get imported and of course, it will not get applied so the target text will not hide. Please make sure that the hide effect is also imported and set.

Hello

Yes, I selected also hide effect.

After restart pc all seems work fine.. anything during first installation of component require a restart on my system :)

Thanks

That's quite weird... Normally you shouldn't need to restart the computer after installing a Flash component. But if this worked for you, then I'm glad the problem was fixed.
