publishing a effect

hi i just installed the free flash eff but when i try to publish it i only get the publish to flasheff.com not a folder option why is this

The Publish option from the FlashEff panel only publishes your effect to the effects gallery on flasheff.com. It has nothing to do with your project. If you would like to publish your project, just use the File -> Publish command from the Adobe Flash CS3 menu.
