I can't locate the Flash eff panel in CS4. I migrated the components using the new CS4 Extension manager, and I can see that eff made it over fine, but when I look for the panel under "Window > other panels" Flash eff is not there anymore.
Try to uninstall the component and reinstall then using the new Extension Manager. Perhaps there were some problems during the migration. Also, there could be a problem if you are using a different language version of Adobe Flash than English, in which case you should read this knowledge base item: [www.jumpeyecomponents.com].
