JavaScrript error - "TypeError: fileList[i].split is not a function"

Since many of you have come upon this issue, we are trying to help you as best as we can. Unfortunately we cannot duplicate none of the JS error messages you mentioned in this forum, neither on Windows or Mac OS, so we need you to help us out. We need as much information as you can provide regarding the context in which the error messages are displayed.

That's why we would like you to send to the support team (support [at] jumpeyecomponents [dot] com) some more information besides the error message:
- the exact error message displayed;
- the operating system you are working on;
- the environment you are working in (normally it should be Adobe Flash CS3 or CS4);
- the user with which you are logged on to your OS - if it is an administrator user or a limited user, if you have read/write restrictions with that user and other settings or limitations worth mentioning;
- the user on which Adobe Flash was installed and if that user is an administrator user or a limited user;
- the user on which FlashEff was installed and if that user is an administrator user or a limited user;
- the list of all the files installed on your computer by FlashEff - below are the folders in which FlashEff installs all of its files:
