preloading my swf

Hi all,
just started flasheff - think its great so far.
Ive just built my fla and have added a preloader. I notice from the bandwith viewer that its trying to download loads of data in the first frame (all thats on the first frame is my preload bar). I assume all this data is flasheff stuff? This means that the player needs to download 64kb worth of data before my preloader kicks in. how can i stop this from happening? I want my preloader to display straight away AND THEN preload all the data.
thanks

Unfortunately, that preloading method will not work so well with FlashEff because FlashEff will always load data on the first frame, even is classes are set to export on another frame than frame 1 and even if the "Export on first frame" option is off. The best way is to use another swf file that is used as preloader for the swf file containing the FlashEff animations. You can find an example in the Knowledge Base for the TxEff component: http://www.jumpeyecomponents.com/knowledgebase/TxEff-AS3.0/Preload-TxEff-animations~439/.
