Removing an effect after the transition finishes

I'm using this on a site with a video player and I'd like to show the video with a FESSlide , which works fine but I need to remove it once the transition is completed so that I can click on the video player controls (behind it).

Can anyone help me?

PS: Flash isn't really my thing as I'm more of a XHTML / CSS kinda guy so please be gentle with the explanation ;)

The FlashEff component has a method called removeAll(). Just call this method once the transition has finished.
