How to display banner ad on blogs

Hi there,

I apologize if this has been asked before but I've searched and searched and somehow can't find anything that talks about how to display my new banner ad on a blog/website. I have the completed banner published as a flash file and html and am able to view it by the URL where it's uploaded. html verision here. For the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to add this banner to a blog using a text/html widget. In the past I've created non-flash banner ads and used the following code to display the button and have it linked to a particular web address:
