Error right when i open FlashEff Panel

when i go to window/other_panel/FlashEff Panel it gives me this error

The following JavaScript error(s) occured:

SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list.

sorry im a noob. please help me?

This error may be generated if the Windows/Mac user has an apostrophe in his composition . So if you have apostrophe in the content of your Windows/Mac user account you should try renaming that user name or create a new account and then try again to open the FlashEff Panel.
