Text effect works locally, not when uploaded to server

I can't figure out the problem here ... using FETBubbles effect on a logo that is entirely a dynamic text box. The effect works fine when I test the SWF in Flash on my hard drive.

But when I publish and upload to the server, the logo is not visible at all. I have used text effects before, with no problems.

Any idea why this might be happening?
