i've the component but not the panel in "other panels" section

I've bought the premium plus,

i have the component in the component panel but not the edit panel in the windows>other panels> section.

I'm running on CS5 and leopard 10.6.4

Did you tried to reinstall the component again?
Also, make sure you are opening extension manager directly from flash(help->manage extensions). Follow the steps from this video tutorial:

Let me know if the panel shows up after this.
