Loading Multiple JumpEFF SWF's to play them in sequece

I have a few killer FlashEFF swf's we run on display monitors at conventions,
and normally we use 2 monitors. We are only going to do 1 monitor this time,
so I thought I would just use my "player" swf. It basically has a table at the beginning
of SWF you want to play, and then it loads them, and plays them. One plays ok, missing
and exit animation effect, but for the most part out of 20+ effects, only1 messes up.
The second one, hits frame 1 and just sits there.. dead... its like its waiting for something..

So my question is , do I have to load some classes or something in my player.fla to make this
work. Should I put a EFF effect in it, so that is somehow allows the swf to work.
I am at a loss. My player.swf has worked for over 30 swfs I created in AfterEffects, and even
other that were done in flash with no issues.

I did watch the log, and once it said FLASHEFF2 ERROR: Target must be a non-null DisplayObject.
this was the exit of movieclip which is really just a big square (ie a shape on frame1 and that is all)

The movie clip that totally freezes, does not generate an error.

Anyone have any thoughts on this..
I am using AS3 and a Loader with a URLRequest. I load them into a array,
them play each by watching the frames, after they complete, I unload and
load the next.

This works great with my other anmition swfs, but they are not using the EFF
code.

I believe that the best way to see and to try find the problem is to open a ticket and send us the source file you are working on. Thank you.
