FLash eff doesn't work with loadmovie action

I am using flash cs5 and recently purchased flasheff, my first movie turned out great and i'm preatty excited about it. However, when I implemented the same movie to run within another movie clip, it crashed. basically it just shows me the effects little rectangle flashing but no effects. What can I do to prevent that?

Make sure that you don't use the same flasheff instance or the target movieclips don't have the same instance name. If you don't manage to make this work you should try and open a ticket and send us the source file you are currently working on.

I tried just creating a simple swf file, with one mc and one effect, then I use my xml file to plug it in with my presentation mc that rotates several swf files from the xml string, this is the setup:
main swf in browser> getting as. externally
main.swf extracts info from > banner.xml
banner.xml brings in the files from > flash/banner1.swf , banner2.swf, banner3.swf ...
