Image effects not working when added via actionscript

Hello,

I recently purchased flasheff2

I quickly tested out, added a couple of effect to the timeline and everything worked fine.


My project needs effects to be placed on externally loaded swf's which load external images. I look up the class example and apply that to my project and the FESBlur that is the effect in the example works just fine.

Whenever I go to add any other effect other than FESBlur, it simple does not work. My object simple does not appear on screen. Flash displays no error messages, I am at a loss as to what is wrong.

Also I have only installed the premium version, I never tried the trial. So its not a problem with that.

Any idea as to why it is not working?

We are not sure why it doesn't work.
