How to export to video without dropped frames.

"Moyea SWF to Video Converter Pro" has the ability to slow down an SWF so you can capture it without dropped frames. It's also supposed to do its own capture, but seemed to still occasionally drop frames. So I use Camtasia to capture as the Moyea app shows me a slow-playing preview.

Load your swf into the demo version of "Moyea SWF to Video Converter Pro" and go to the Export tab.
Check "No performance testing", and in "times normal playing duration" put 10.
Now go to the Convert tab and click "Play Movie" at the bottom (not "Play and Capture").
Your SWF plays back at one-tenth speed. Leave this window open and playing.
Now open Camtasia and under preferences put 3 in the "frames/second" field.
Hit record in camtasia and record the slow moving swf.

Since your system isn't challenged you can record complex, full screen flash movies without dropping frames.
The resulting movie will be a slow, 3-frames-per-second movie that you can take into After Effects and speed it back up to 30 frames per second with the "interpret footage" dialog.
