Could someone please elaborate on how motion tweens interact with FlashEff?
I would like to create a movieClip, assign a FE Show effect, a delayed FE Hide effect, and then, during the life of that movieClip on the Timeline, move it here and there with motion tweens.
Whenever I add a keyframe and set up a motion tween for such an MC, the MC disappears and repeats the FE Show effect, then appears in the new location. What am I doing wrong?
Also, if a MC enters on the starting frame of a motion tween, it appears that you can not assign an FE effect to it. Am I correct, or am I missing something here, too?
Thanks in advance.

Some FlashEff2 patterns work with motion tweens, but some don't(doh').
The reason why some patterns don't work is because they use bitmaps data to take a snapshot of the target and then hide your initial target showing the new one.
When the animation is done the snapshot is deleted and your target is set to visible = true.
Hope this helps,
