Looping - no effect second time through

I have a MC that I want to loop inside a SWF.
The MC has a graphic in it, and a fade in and fade out effect.
Blur Teleport on fade in and Blur Easyblur on fade out. (standard with no edits made)
The blurring MC is 112 frames long.
The animation works first time through, but the effect is lost on the second time through.

What am I doing wrong?
