FlashEff2 won't install

Just d/l'd FlashEff2 for Mac. I ran the mxp file, which opens my CS5 extension manager. It says it can't load the component though cuz it needs Flash version 9 or higher. I have Flash CS3, so what can I do to install it??? I installed the latest player to make sure that wasn't it.

If you have Flash CS3, then use the Extension Manager for CS3 to install the component.
