FlashEff2 | OEM licenses

The best Flash effects engine right inside your apps

If you need to embed FlashEff2 in an app that allows users (3rd party) to edit and create their own customized content you have to get an OEM license instead of a developer/site license. This will enable you to legally distribute FlashEff2 by embeding it in your app. An extraordinary example of an OEM usage of FlashEff 2.0 is BannerSnack, the flash banner maker.

Why not a regular FlashEff2 license?

If you want to create banners, intros, flash websites using FlashEff2 you probably need just a regular license. Do you want to use FlashEff2 in apps that enable users (non-FlashEff2 customers) to create/edit/customize Flash content? In this case you need an embeding license (OEM).

The commercial licenses purchased directly through the FlashEff.com website will NOT allow you to use FlashEff dynamically inside your own app/website in order to enable third parties to produce their own flash content that might (or might not) be downloaded or embedded on their own pages. You will need a written agreement from us for any of the aforementioned actions (namely, using our component with your app/website, downloading or embedding).

The OEM licenses enable you to embed FlashEff2 into an application/website that outputs custom flash content that can be used by third parties without them paying anything to us. The OEM license also comes together with a FlashEff 2.0 Premium Plus developer license and 20 hours of support for implementation.
