FlashEff is built to allow any developer to create his own custom FE patterns and share them with the FlashEff community. Whether you like to offer them for free or you want to sell them through other parties, it's fine with us. You can use and distribute your own custom patterns as you whish.

To create and test your own custom FE pattern you will also need the FlashEff component and panel, so, if you don't have it already, you can download it here. Please note that advanced AS3.0 skills, good understanding of OOP programming and XML knowledge are required.
