Text Properties Delay

When I add a text property, such as beveling or a drop shadow, there is a delay in that property showing until slightly after the "show" animation has completed - which shows the text without these properties for a few seconds until suddenly the properties appear.

From what I saw you also opened a ticket regarding this problem, so the problem will be discussed in detail there.

The same happens to me. For a brief moment you can see static text before the animation begins. It happens only on Windows, on Mac everything runs smoothly. Will you repost a solution here too? Thank you in advance.
