Loop twice and redirect or stop

My entire project completely runs on frame 1 in 7 layers, lasting 26 seconds.
It initially stopped on a white screen after running.

I want the project to play twice, and then stop on a final image.
Alternatively, get it to play twice & redirect.

This can be obtain only if you will write some code. Basically you will need to have a loop effect and second time when transition end event triggers on the last effect to stop the animation.
