Text effect repeats

Hi,

I am using flash cs5 and have added my text and changed it to dynamic.

When I add my effects to it and export the flash, the text effect that have added will keep on repeating and will not stop.

Is there a way to have it to stop after once?

I have only a show and not a hide

If you have several frames inserted in your file you will need to call the stop() method on the last frame.

Do I call this on every frame or just the text effect layer?

just on the last frame of one layer.
