Problems to install FlashEff Unlimited

Hi,

I install the extension in Macromedia Exchange. I've install Flash CS5 but FlashEff doesn't appear in the "Window -> Other Panels". I tried to uninstall and install several times but the Flash Effect component doesn't appear in "Window -> Other Panel"

Some help please ?
