.MXP installer fails to load.

Hi has anyone run into a problem where the .mxp installer fails to load properly?

When I press ctrl alt del and check the task tree i see it using memory and running in the background. But there is no way to install the plugin? I've read adobe forums and they all don't give a working solution. Why does it do this and has anyone had the same problem?

Do you have the proper Extension Manager installed on your computer?
If yes, what you need to do is simple. Open Flash CS go to Help->Manage extensions...
The extension manager software will show up, then you go to file->install extension and choose the flasheff2.mxp.
