Flasheff is not working for me_plz_help

Hi everybody I Have Adobe Flash CS4 and i've downloded flasheff 2 but it's not working i'v tried it on my mac and also on winXp but the same probleme , when i try to instal it everything goes well but when i open flash and start a new file ,i do try to folow the tutorial on website but when i do open the components window ,there no flash eff.
plz can someone help ,i'll be very Greatfull.

Make sure that you open a as3 file and that follow exactly the same steps you see in the video tutorial from bellow when you install the component. Opening Extension Manager directly from Flash is essential(Help->Manage Extensions).
