Delay in between animations

Hi there, I'm sure this subject has already been discussed... but can't seem to find it. I have 3 different animations on 3 different layers. I am using the Show/Hide with a Chaotic Mask effect to transition in between animation. I can't control the delay before and after each animation. I have the delay set at 0, but I still have a delay. I also tried TweenDuration.

There are two delays, one for show and one for hide, which one you set?

I set them both at 0

Then, you need to work on how you arrange the objects on the stage and on how many frames you have.
