Here is what you have to do, if you want to export your flasheff effects as quicktime videos:
Open your source file, go to File->Export->Export Movie and save it as mov. A popup will open, where you will need to set some options:
-first check the "Ignore stage color..." box, so that you won't have a background color.
-then check "After time elapsed" box, so you will be able to set the movie's duration ( depending on flasheff's effect duration).
-set the duration for the movie.

Hi!
Two exported options that doesn't works fine here:
1. myproject.mov = not smooth at all
2. myproject.avi = it doesn't play at all
The .avi uncompressed = 4 GO
The .mov = 46 MEGS
The project will go on TV probably, so i must have the best quality as possible! Any idea to obtain the best quality?
Thanks so much!

It's actually normal to not look the same or to be smooth as a .swf. The effects were made for flash and not for a .mov file.
Anyway, try to change the movie settings before exporting it, and perhaps you will obtain something close to what you want.
