This is weird...

I have several movie clips each of which have something with animated alpha (they fade in a couple seconds in).
Each of these movie clips is on the main timeline. I use Flash Eff to use transitions on them to make them fade in.
But when they do... the alpha animation from the movie clip doesn't work. The text just pops on.
Is Flash Eff known to mess things up like this?
