Maximum Effects?

Hi

I'm building my flash project and are using a lot of transition effects.

I added a text effect for the first time, and as soon as i did, all the other effects stopped working.

Is there a limit to how many effects you can put into the project?

If i remove that effect, then the presentation works fine, if i add it back in it, the effects stop.

UPDATE: I have left the last component in at the end of the presentation, which causes the animation to stop, then i removed a component from the start then it ran, so it shows that i have hit a maximum number. Is this true?

Any help would be greatfully received.
