Flashe Header sample

I would like to make a flash header similar to [www.drzamarian.com] but when i use the slide show and slide hide it puts it amke the image appear in and out to fast. Really like the smooth transition from this site [www.drzamarian.com] Please advise if you can offer suggestion on what you would use for pics and also for font effects....

there is a "tweenDuration" parameter which sets the duration of the transitions. That parameter can be set inside the FlashEff2 panel under Show> Tween>Use Custom Tweening>tweenDuration & Hide> Tween>Use Custom Tweening>tweenDuration. You will have to increase that value in order to have a longer effect.
