Actionscript 2 support

I am new to Eff2 component and have to prepare flash ads for sites that only support actionscript 2 and flash 8. Does Eff2 provide a means to deliver swf files that comply with this type of spec?

FlashEff2 is an AS3 component and it works only within AS3 files.
