FETAlpha char setting doesn't work

I have a time sensitive project involving the animation of each letter with the FETAlpha effect. It only will animate the word. I just upgraded to the premium plus level to get this feature, but it doesn't function. Any ideas?

There is a parameter that you need to edit is called preset, and you'll need to set it to "char" which stands for character.
After you have done that make sure you have a big difference between the groupDuration parameter and the tween duration parameter or else you won't get the effect that you want(tweenDuration must be bigger).
