Anyhow to upgrade from premium to tweak version instead to the premium plus. couldnt find anywhere the option?

There isn't a upgrade option but I'm sure that if you write an e-mail to sales@jumepeyecomponents.com they will help you.
Or, you can open a ticket here [www.jumpeyecomponents.com] and describe the problem.
