Ajax lightbox effet on click on slideshow

Hi

I'm looking for a way to have an AJax Lightbox effect (just like on that page : [www.hotajax.org]) on click on an image in a Flash slideshow made with FlashEff 2.0.

In XHTML, that effect is called by a "class" or a "rel" attributre in the <a> tag, but I really have no clue about how to have this working from a FlashEff 2.0 slideshow.
