Button to URL

Hi,

I've created a simple flash banner with a button as a call to action which links to a URL. When I test the SWF file myself it works fine - as soon as I test it on any other machine it doesn't click through to anything. I get the hand cursor still but nothing happens when you click. Any ideas?

if you run the swf using the standalone flash player you will not be able to navigate to an url because there is an security issue.

Of you want to test it you have to allow it to open an url or just host the swf on some server nad test it from there.

I am having the same issue except my button to url dosnt work online or offline. the rollover works fine but when I click a button it goes no where. any ideas.
