Frustrated

I upgraded to the premium, and lost the functionality I used to have with the old version. In order to edit presets I need to upgrade again to plus... If I had known that I wouldn't have upgraded.

Now I'm asking how to upgrade and no one is answering my questions. Great service

If you ever have any questions regarding FlashEff you can ask them here on the forum but we do not guarantee an answer. If you want a jumpeyecomponents team member to answer your questions use the support tickets.
Regarding your frustration, the different FlashEff2 packages were shown on FlashEff.com and if you would have looked you could have seen that FlashEff2 Premium has a new feature: custom made Presets.
Anyways, you can always go back to FlashEff1, actually you can have them both installed at the same time.
Log into your jumpeyecomponets account and download FlashEff1 and then just install it(in case you have uninstalled it before installing FlashEff2)
