Site is up for a while, FLASHEFF portions stop working

Hello,
If i leave my html document that has my flash file on it up for a while (30 min to an hour), portions that have a flasheff transition on it stop working, or shifts away from where I have the movieclip placed in my actual file.
Has anyone ever seen this happen before and know a fix??

Tell them what happens and if possible attach your fla file.
