Working with symbol patterns & Flash tweens July 07, 2009 08:08PM | Registered: 14 years ago Posts: 1 |
I'm new to Flasheff. I created a white rectangular background that has a show and hide effect. On top of that, I have a logo that also has a show and hide effect. They both work nicely. However, after the show effect is completed on the logo (and before the hide effect occurs) I would like the logo to move across the screen via a classic Flash tween. It seems that if I enter a keyframe on the timeline to adjust the x,y coordinates of the symbol the Flasheff component stops working on the symbol. How can I integrate timeline and tween effects on a symbol that has a Flasheff component on it also?
By the way, at this point all of my Flasheff components are attached to symbols on the stage rather than on the symbols themselves.
Thank you.

Many of the FlashEfff patterns are made using bitmap data. To avoid being stuck with them in the same place even if you are moving them do this:
1. select the component and it's target.
2. create another symbol(F8)
3. create the classic Flash tween on the new symbol.
Hope it helps.
