Alpha Effect text issue.

I have the Alpha Effect selected with MultilineEff1 but it's using the default animation, randomly fading different words in. Not using MultilineEff1.

No idea why. Please help.

Normally you won't be able to select other presets if you have only the free version of the flasheff. Which version you have?

I paid $200 Premium Plus.

Did you reinstall the premium plus version? If first you had the free version installed and sometime after that you bought the premium plus version, you will need to reinstall the component from the last package received. Also make sure that you open extension manager from Help- Manage extension as you can see in this video tutorial:[www.flasheff.com]

Yes I've already done all that... still no change.

I'm sorry but I don't exactly know why it doesn't work for you. I tested the MultilineEff1 effect on several times on different computers and logged in with different user and each time worked perfectly. Did you log in (in the flasheff panel) with the user with whom you bought the premium plus version?
