Buttons too link to another Scene?

I've been trying to link my Flash Eff 2 button to another one of my scenes but it just constantly says "FECCallFunction object. ArgumentError: Error #2108: Scene "Scene 3" was not found."

My current method is going to the Command feature, setting up the Call Function Command and typing "gotoAndPlay" on the function path and "1, Scene 3" on the parameters path. That's what someone confirmed worked for them in this topic: Flash Eff 2 Button Scene

Any suggestions on this?
